Company has no support & doesn't honor guarantee

The software is helpful, but it has a few quirks. I tried to contact the company to get some support with the quirks, but there is no phone number listed to call them. I emailed them a couple of times, but got no responses at all from them. So, I requested a refund under their money back guarantee. They never responded to that request either. I contacted my credit card company to mediate the dispute. I supplied copies of my purchase receipt, the money-back guarantee, and my support request emails to Weight-by-date. Weight-by-date refused to honor their guarantee. In the end, after several months of trying to negotiate with Weight-by-Date, Discover Card sided with me and gave me a full refund in spite of Weight-by-Date reneging on its guarantee. I highly recommend Discover Card, but I cannot recommend Weight-by-Date.
In summary, I would not recommend Weight-By-Date to a friend.
