It looks to be a fine program for healthy weight maintenance but it would take a lot of work to get the full benefits. My copy is free so it is a good value for the money. My 1st entry after breakfast was 0% skim milk and it isn't in the database. To create it, I must enter 33 nutrients for it to be accurate. My next entry was scrambled eggs with chopped onions, which is a favorite of mine but again, there are options for McDonald's and others fast food versions, but not home-made with onions, so more data entry time to create that one. If I could modify the 1% milk and McDonald's eggs with new names I would be happy enough to do that or import other users databases, I could accept that, but now I will try it a bit more and see if it is worth the effort. I can't wait to try entering the weight training machines one by one that I use at the YMCA.
In summary, I would recommend Diet Power to a friend.
