I bought Diet Power several years ago and use it almost every day. Others comment that foods they eat are not in the program but I have not had any trouble finding foods that I eat. I have had to add several but since I eat the same foods frequently, once entered, it is there for me. You can do homemade soups and have the nutrition exact as you enter your ingredients as you make it. The nutrition information is the best part of Diet Power and it will let me know what I still need for each day to balance my nutrition.
I would buy this again. One thing I like about Diet Power is you can use it either on or off the internet.
In summary, I would recommend Diet Power to a friend.
