I have used Crosstrainer software for several years. At first, I was very impressed. The product was useful and did everying I wanted it to. No longer. I have had nothing but trouble with issues relating to getting into the software, bad functionality, and lack of service. From the very beginning, I had trouble getting into the product. I wrote to support. Nothing. I sent messages to Help. Nothing. Somehow, I accidentally found someone who had worked there previously and gave me some insight into reaching someone. That worked. I got new credentials to access the product. I got into it, but certain features such as adding photos did not work. I sent a question to them. No answer. Last night, I tried to access the product again. No luck. I went through the previous routine of sending email, writing on their Facebook page, etc., but no answer. It seems to me that someone at Crossstrainer is asleep at the wheel, and despite paying for the product, there is absolutely no service. Well, they fooled me once, but not again. Do not buy this product.
In summary, I would not recommend Crosstrainer to a friend.
