Very difficult to navigate; if you click off one screen you have to re-open user to get to another screen; have yet to figure out how to record weight loss; have found very little of the food I eat listed in the food section; have had to manually enter most of it; help section has no search feature, you have to scroll thru whole manual and may or may not find what you're looking for

In summary, I would not recommend DietMaster to a friend.

The program is immature need further adjustment
the search system tough and you cant find the items you are looking for easily
the program keeps asking for activations and when try to activate it it says the key is already has been used
you have to call the contact center which is never available their working hours is limited and you have to wait on the line for a long time
there is hidden charges that you have to pay annually to activate the product despite the fact you have bought it for 500 $ you have to pay extra 50$ every year to keep using the product
the call center and unhelpful.

In summary, I would not recommend DietMaster to a friend.

Have been using this for about a month now (DietMaster 2100) and I am quite disappointed in performance and customer support. Customer support I would give Zero Stars as it is non existent. The program itself is very basic and has no, not a one, bells and whistles. It is clumsy and just seems to not be very user friendly. It is very plain looking and doesn't seem to remember your earlier entries as most other software I have used. The food search is very poor in it's ability to find your food in as little clocks as possible. For instance....if you search "pistachios" you get no hits as you have to enter "nuts" and then scroll down till you hit the "p's" and in the very small window you have to figure out which of the entries is the one you want. The window is so small most of the food description is off the screen and you have to hover the curser over the food to see it's full description. All other programs I have tried or used will give you a hit just from entering "pistachios" or "pistachio" and only the foods containing the search word come... (Read the full review)

I give this one 5 stars because I have tried many nutrition software programs and these guys are the only ones that pick up the phone when you call. They have been around a long time, and its not someone writing software out of their garage!
